Welcome to lomaspeor.com, a creative portfolio and online shop operated by Lo Mas Peor Ltd (Company Registration Number: 15560058, registered in England and Wales). By accessing, browsing, or using this Site, or by placing an order through our shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Website Use & Permitted Restrictions
This Site is provided for portfolio, informational, professional enquiry, and e-commerce purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its servers.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract data without explicit permission.
• Misrepresent your identity or submit false information via contact forms or at checkout.

3. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to animations, sculptures, showreels, photographs, text, graphics, logos (including the LoMasPeor logo), and the overall design, is the intellectual property of Lo Mas Peor Ltd or used under licence. This content is protected by UK and international copyright, design, and trademark laws.You may:

• View and download pages for personal, non-commercial use.
• Share links to the Site with proper attribution to Lo Mas Peor Ltd.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

Please note: Purchasing a physical art piece (such as a 3D printed sculpture) from our shop does not transfer copyright, intellectual property, or reproduction rights to the buyer.

4. Products & Pre-Orders
Our products are limited-edition, independent art pieces. Many items are sold as Pre-Orders. By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree that the item is not currently in stock and will be manufactured, 3D printed, and hand-finished specifically for you after the order is placed.

5. Shipping & Delivery (First-In, First-Out)
Pre-order items are fulfilled in the exact order they are purchased (First-In, First-Out). While we strive to dispatch items within 4 to 8 weeks of purchase, production times can vary due to the handmade nature of 3D printing and chemical (acetone) smoothing. We will notify you via email with a tracking number once your specific order has been dispatched.
For international orders outside the UK, please note that your order may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, or VAT levied by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping costs.

6. Cancellations & Right to Withdraw Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you generally have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel an online order for a full refund. However, because our pre-order items are made-to-order and the bespoke production process (3D printing and chemical finishing) begins immediately upon purchase, the right to cancel is waived once production has commenced. If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at lomaspeor.studio@gmail.com, and only if production has not yet started.

7. Returns & Damages
Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in the finish, texture, or color are completely normal and are considered part of the unique nature of the art. We do not accept returns for a change of mind. However, if your artwork arrives damaged, please email us at lomaspeor.studio@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or repair.

8. Third-Party Links & Embedded Content
This Site may contain links to or embedded content from third-party platforms (e.g., Vimeo, Instagram, Google Fonts, social media). These are provided for convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party services. Use them at your own risk.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep information accurate and up to date, Lo Mas Peor Ltd makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content, or uninterrupted, error-free access to the Site.Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
• Any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

Subject to the above, Lo Mas Peor Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use this Site or its products.
