Thank you for participating in our latest drop! Because our items are custom-made, we print and process each piece with care on a first-come, first-served basis. Please review our shipping timelines and terms below before placing your order.
Production & Processing Time
- Made-to-Order Workflow: Once the drop goes live and your order is confirmed, your piece enters our production queue by order of purchase.
- The Creation Process: Each item takes approximately 6 days to be completed. This window accounts for the precision 3D printing of the piece, the acetone smooth-finishing treatment, and the essential post-treatment drying time. We custom-print our own packaging, which requires 1 additional day to prepare before dispatch.
- Total Estimated Processing Time: Please allow roughly 10 business days for your order to be fully manufactured, treated, and packed before it is handed over to our shipping carriers.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Windows
We are pleased to offer Free Shipping to all customers located in the United Kingdom and the European Union. Estimated delivery time (Post-dispatch) 10 to 15 business days.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (EU Orders)
We ship all European Union orders via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means that all relevant import taxes, customs clearance fees, and duties are fully covered by us and handled at dispatch. You will not receive any surprise fees or customs bills upon delivery.
Tracking Your Drop Order
As soon as your piece has dried, been packed, and shipped out, you will receive an automated dispatch email containing your tracking number. Because your pieces are being handled securely across networks, please allow a few days for the tracking status to update once it leaves our facility.
